Pick-Up Policies

• We require a 33% deposit on all reservations.  This deposit is non-refundable.  If, however, you cancel by 8 pm the  night before your rental, it will be kept on file for your future use.
• Any cancellation after 9pm the night before your rental, for any reason, will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.  In addition, we reserve the right to charge you the full rental rate in the event that you do not pick your item up on time.  Your deposit guarantees YOU that we will have your item, and guarantees US that the item will be rented.
• If you are running late, please CALL ASAP so we can try to make alternative arrangements.  Any of our attempts to modify our schedule in order  meet your needs is a courtesy, not a requirement.
• You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle to pick-up an inflatable.  A truck, SUV, van, or crossover will work.  If you are bringing a mini-van or crossover, the back 2 sets of seats MUST fold down flush with the ground OR be taken out.
• You must speak with an OMG representative the day before your rental to make sure nothing has changed (pick-up location, pick-up time, availability, weather concerns etc)

Delivery Policies

• We require a 33% deposit on all reservations.  This deposit is non-refundable.  If, however, you cancel by 8pm the night before your rental, it will be kept on file for your future use.
• Any cancellation after89pm the night before your rental, for any reason, will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.  In addition, we reserve the right to charge you the full rental rate in the event that you are not at the party location to accept delivvery.  Your deposit guarantees YOU that we will have your item, and guarantees US that the item will be rented.
• All deliveries are made between 8:00am and 2:00pm.  We guarantee at least 7 hours of use, but often deliver well before your party and pick-up after it has ended.  We will call by 6pm the night before your event to confirm delivery.  If you don't receive this call, please call us to confirm your order.
• An adult MUST be available to sign the appropriate paperwork upon delivery.  If no adult is available, or you are not at the party location to accept delivery, you will be charged the full rental rate regardless of use.
• You must have an electrical outlet within 100 feet of the desired set-up location. 
• All set-up locations must be free of rocks, sticks, and animal droppings before we arrive.
• Please notify us of any obstacles that may hinder delivery.  Remember that the inflatables are large and cumbersome - so any steep hills, tiered yards, gates or other obstacles may prove to be a challenge.

Mobile Gaming Theater Policies

• All Mobile Gaming Parties require a 33% non-refundable deposit.
• The mobile gaming theater and truck is almost 50 feet long!  As such, it is imperative that you plan your party at a location that is easily accessible.  On side-streets, we can park at the curb and have the party right there!  If we must pull into a driveway or other confined location, please be sure there is room to turn around or back out safely.  If your event is on a dead-end street, please notify us.
